Har ätit en hel massa olika men här är ett favorit-urval

\*Palestinsk (i personalmatsalen i en marmorfabrik i Hebron, alla kategorier det mest exotiska ställe jag ätit på. Vi fick någon slags underbar kyckling som var fylld med ris och sedan tillagad typ i någon slags eldgrop. Den var alldeles svart på utsidan och mör som smör på insidan.)

Nobody tested brazilian food... I have published some recipes here before if someone would like to try.

Deia - I've had Brazilian food. The embassy in Sweden had a food stand at the big food show (Det Goda Köket) in November, and all the visitors got to try a few things. Nice!

I think this thread is more about having eaten the food either IN the foreign country, or at a restaurant, not having cooked it yourself. Are there any Brazilian restaurants in Sweden..?

Anne, I understood this thread is more about having eaten the food. But also I understood that to have eaten in restaurant it was just to say you didn't need to have gone in the country, without excluding you could have cooked it yourself.

Deia, I haven't dared make a list myself! I love trying other countries' food, so it would be very very long if I included things I've cooked at home, too.

I haven't tried actually cooking Brazilian though - but I'm thinking about trying cheesy bread.
